Job Description & Requirements
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions
- Handle Recruitment Process, Employment Contract, on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Manage Work Passes Application, Renewal and Cancellation
- Monthly Payroll, CPF Process, IR21& IR8A
- Prepare weekly/monthly HR, payroll and overtime report
- Maintain and update employee’s personal files, and ensure the confidentiality of all HR documents.
- Prepare weekly/monthly HR, payroll and overtime report
- Generate HR Letters (i.e. Disciplinary, Contracts, Confirmation, Extension of Probation, Promotion & etc.)
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, IRAS and MOM regulations and HR best practices
- Handling disciplinary issues and executive the necessary e.g. inquiry, warning letter
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Experience with administration and basic logistic will be added advantage
