• Working Hours : Mon to Thurs – 8.30am to 5.45pm and Fri – 8.30am to 5:15pm (inclusive of 45mins lunch)

Job Description and requirements:

• Answering standard enquiries via email (oa-ug-scholarship & ug_scholarships)
• Answering phone calls
• Opening college access via the Oracle system (the temp will use the Scholarship’s laptop and Andy’s Oracle access)
• Checking on returning NS-men’s status via the Admission Dashboard (Andy will filter out sensitive information, and the temp will only check whether there has been a change in program)
• Verifying whether newly offered applicants have changed their program during this period and batching
• Checking whether applicants have applied for scholarships upon College’s request
• Manually updating those offered external scholarships via Oracle
• Assisting in content creation for scholarship collateral (e.g., Scholars Profile)
• Assisting in Power Automate / AI project and the freshmen chatbot
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute creative social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, videos, and stories.
• Monitor trends and implement best practices to optimize performance.
• Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

• Develop high-quality content, including visuals, copywriting, and videos, that align with brand identity.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and influencers to create compelling marketing assets.
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels and digital content.

Campaign & Performance Analysis

• Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns to drive reach and conversions.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Optimize campaigns based on data insights and market trends.

Influencer & Partnership Marketing

• Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators for brand partnerships.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and stakeholders.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

• Stay updated on social media trends, digital marketing innovations, and competitor activities.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to enhance brand strategy.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or brand marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics.
• Creative mindset with excellent storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Experience with influencer marketing and partnership collaborations is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Involves strategic enhancement of key Singapore accounts to prevent reductions and/or terminations while nurturing and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Task with crafting sales strategies designed to meet or exceed set sales goals, thereby supporting the business's expansion.
• Oversee large national modern distribution accounts, spearhead sales growth by introducing new products/services to clients, and coordinate visits to existing and prospective customers.
• Oversee trade spending and negotiate trading terms with clients.
• Apply the company’s sales policies effectively, tailoring them to fit specific client circumstances.
• Achieve the company’s predefined annual volume targets in line with its sales and promotional strategies.
• Monitor client profitability, assess the effectiveness of promotions, and provide follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the “Point of Sales Managers” team to guarantee frequent and successful in-store activities, ensuring top execution standards in the channel.

• Administer full procurement cycle: RFQ to purchase order placement.
• Consolidate RFQ responses for management review.
• Create necessary documentation using D365.
• Coordinate with suppliers for vessel ETA and inspections.
• Review Charter-Party Bill of Lading details.
• Provide regular shipment status reports.
• Handle COO applications and CCIC surveys for Indonesian imports.
• Assist in LC tenor applications and amendments.
• Reconcile invoices against purchase orders.
• Collaborate with Finance for invoice validation.
• Support payment processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Requirement

• Degree / Diploma or equivalent
• Min 4 years of experience in break bulk / container bulk shipment
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Familiar with shipping documentations (L/C & Bill of Lading)
• Understanding of international trade regulations and shipping documentation
• Experience with procurement procedure ( request for quotations, purchase order etc) will be a big plus
