What you'll do:

1. Programme and Project Management

• Maintain overview of all key programmes activities and operations
• Support project team meetings (internal and external)
• Liaise with project leads/members and HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, Admin, etc as necessary

2. Grant Management

• Maintain relevant programme grant documents
• Provide support in collating and checking of grant documentation and processes (e.g., proposal, reporting, variation requests, fund requisitions, etc.)

3. JRC Meeting Coordination

What you'll need to have:

• Expertise in use of MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint etc) and related software is a requirement

The Customer Service Specialist is focused primarily on ensuring that all sales support and service activities are well-coordinated and completed within prescribed process guidelines in support of the sale branches.
