Transaction Management will be responsible for supporting multiple aspects of the lending lifecycle including but not limited to loan closing and servicing coordination, facilitating complex client onboarding, data management, and quality control. In this role, you’re expected to:

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the build and development team to support loan origination and lifecycle management which includes large complex syndicated and bilateral loans covering but not limited to corporate, commercial, real estate, structured lending and trade.

The Regional Category Manager defines the strategy for all main- and sub-categories within the defined category on a regional level and manages key supplier relationships (SRM) – in line with global strategies, if applicable. Main responsibilities:

• Ensure that fire safety requirements contained in the Emergency Response Plan are complied with at all times
• Supervise the maintenance of all fire safety works and systems in the premises
• Ensure that the occupant load of any part of any building does not exceed the capacity prescribed under the Fire Code at all times
• Conduct daily checks within the premises and remove or cause to be removed any fire hazard that is found within the premises
• Prepare and execute the Emergency Response Plan for the premises and distribute the Emergency Response Plan to the occupants of the premises
• Conduct fire drills for the occupants of the premises at least twice in every calendar year or on such occasion as may be directed by the Commissioner of SCDF
• Ensure that all occupants are familiar with the means of escape located within the premises
• Prepare fire safety guidebooks for the occupants of the premises; train, co-ordinate and supervise the Company Emergency Response Team for the premises in first-aid, fire-fighting and evacuation in the event of fire or other related emergencies
• Train the occupants in first aid, firefighting and evacuation in the event of fire or other related emergencies
• Co-ordinate and supervise the occupants within the premises in firefighting and in evacuation in the event of fire or other related emergencies
• Supervise the operation of the Fire Command Centre in the event of fire or other related emergencies
• Conduct at least 2 Table-Top Exercises within the premises each year and to evaluate, together with the Fire Safety Committee, the effectiveness of the Arson Prevention Plan and the Emergency Response Plan for the premises
• Prepare and implement the Arson Prevention Plan for the premises
• Notify the Commissioner of SCDF immediately upon the occurrence of any fire incident in the premises
• Organise campaigns, training courses, competitions, contests and other activities which will develop and maintain the interest of the occupants within the premises in establishing a fire safe environment
• Carry out such other duties as the Commissioner may require
• Conduct fire risk assessment of the premises:

a) at least once in every 3 years

b) whenever the Senior Fire Safety Manager becomes aware of any change in work processes or work activities at the premises which is likely to increase the fire risk at the premises; and

c) whenever the Commissioner directs a fire risk assessment to be carried out

• Perform checks to ensure that any fire safety works using alternative solutions meet the requirements set out in the operations and maintenance manual, if any
• Any other duties/tasks as directed by the Management

Leading a team of RSM Vendor Management (VM) specialists covering the following activities.

1. Support materials fulfillment of SAP regional sites - Singapore, Penang, Thailand, and India:

• Critical shortages of the customer’s short lead orders, supplier’s de-commitments, customer’s forecast change requesting to pull in, push out and cancel.
• Manage and resolve the chronic problems and issues with supplier’s managerial staff, products/ sales & marketing division, Business unit, and regional/global accounts manager.
• Work out the weekly WarRoom shortages with the site’s materials team amicably.
• Act as an intermediary contact point for the global supply chain organization (GSCO) team, site’s materials team, and suppliers in the area of material discrepancies and issues that hinder production shipment to the customer.
• Provide continuous technical and commercial guidance to the team to improve their skill sets and mindsets dealing with chronic suppliers.

2. Align and improve payment terms of non-PSL suppliers towards WAPT target during quarterly GSCO dashboard.
