Requirements

• The candidate should process at least a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or Equivalent.
• Have experience in all phases of system implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, and build, testing, go-live).
• At least 7 years SuccessFactors experience with minimum 1 full cycle in SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and Concur with good work experience in managing systems releases, instance strategy, data security, change/release management, tracking and reporting.

Key Accountabilities:

1. To Lead the team that handles the financial statements of OMGAP entity under the Omnicom Media Group

• Accurately updating Media Ocean and HFM (or any other ERP solution that is implemented) as and when transactions occur. This includes maintaining the processes and transactions that have been set up in relation to the subledgers
• Perform revenue analysis
• Liaising with various stakeholders to ensure that any supporting schedules / information are provided on a timely manner to meet reporting timelines

2. Assists the FC / CFO in the preparation of the Annual Budget and monthly reforecast

• Responsible for completing the submission of the forecasts and budget in HFM
• Working with stakeholders (Business Directors, Finance Team) in providing financial analysis of the variances between the different forecasts

3. Preparation of management accounts for discussion with management monthly

• Preparation of management accounts based on the Group template using data from the ERP systems

• Identifying risk areas through the review of the financial ratios and balance sheet

4. Preparation of accurate and timely tax and audit submissions as well as being the main point of contact for all tax (GST, Corporate Tax, WHT, etc.) and statutory audit matters

• Preparation of audit schedules, draft FS as well as conversion of signed FS to full XBRL format for ACRA filing.
• Preparation of all tax supporting schedules, for annual tax return and for ITDC (Income Tax Data Collection) package.
• Monitoring tax submission calendar and working with Financial Controller to ensure that all submissions are completed on time
• Directly liaising with both internal and external auditors for completion of audit with unqualified opinion

5. Ad Hoc Projects (Operations / Systems / Internal Controls)

• Possess a degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, ensuring they align with the project’s goals, requirements, and standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate BIM workflows, fostering efficient communication and coordination throughout the project’s duration.
• Establish and implement quality assurance protocols to verify the accuracy and completeness of BIM models, ensuring they meet project specifications and adhere to industry standards.
• Proactively address and resolve BIM-related challenges or conflicts.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant work experience, highly proficient in the use of BIM software and in establishing required processes and procedures and framework for BIM in projects.
• Familiar with various aspects of engineering e.g. Civil, Structural, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical.
• Possess a Degree in Engineering / Architecture or equivalent.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently, a strong team player and able to handle fast-paced projects.
• Possess good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels and have good presentation skills.
• Shall be continuously under employment under any Consultant/Contractor for a minimum of 5 years and have successfully instituted a BIM Company Deployment Plan as well as implemented Project BIM Execution Plan for at least 2 projects.
• Completed a certification course in BIM Management
