About the Job:

We are seeking a passionate and innovative software engineer to join our team in Electrical & Industrial Solutions Group Center of Excellence (EISG COE) to launch the next generation software solution for future enterprise engagements. Being part of the software development team, you will work in an AGILE team to turn innovative ideas into robust software, and solve complex design and implementation problems. You will also investigate new technologies and applications, and apply modern software engineering practices such as design reviews, code review, unit testing and usability testing.

About the Team:

You will work closely with solution experts to evaluate, design and develop measurement software to enhance test & measurement capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• To design and implement Keysight’s board test and measurement software solution
• Able to communicate the impact of technical choices to non-technical audiences, and build consensus across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Set the technology direction and research into new innovations for major components of the measurement test software products.
• Work on complex problems that impact the design success of current products and addresses broad design issues of future products or technologies
• Collaborate with product marketing and business leaders to create products that advance Keysight’s position as a market leader in measurement test

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master Computer Science/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a software related discipline, from an accredited college or university
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working with product development/engineering and product management
• Knowledge with board testing technology, IEEE boundary scan standards and programming algorithms is an added plus
• Experience in design, implementation and deployment of software that support multiple platforms
• Well-versed in modern techniques in object-oriented design, design patterns and measurement libraries
• Must have developed applications and solutions using C, C++ 11/14
• Familiar with tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio, TFS, ClearCase, SharePoint, Git, GitLab, JIRA, Confluence

Responsibilities:

• Leads project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, issue resolution and delivery of results from initiation through completion of M&A projects.
• Responsible for analysis and evaluation of user business problems and development of business system or process recommendations to meet requirements, including problem definition, evaluation of requirements, and implementation of systems/processes.
• Ensures effective communication across teams/functions and keep management informed of progress, key issues and changes which may impact the business.
• Review fundamentals and fact about target company and create executive summaries to enable decision making.
• Design and run data management processes in support of Merger & Acquisition (M&A) due diligence phase to allow the analysists to focus on assessing the data, identifying key risks and liabilities and confirming the sources of value with the deal.

The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of various projects, ensuring smooth and efficient project operations. This role is crucial in keeping projects on track and within budget while providing administrative support to project managers and other team members.

• Proficient with a full Netlist/Gates to GDS flow, inclusive of all construction stages (e.g. RTL synthesis, placement, clock tree synthesis, detailed routing, physical verification, formal verification and timing analysis) for complex digital blocks of up to 12Mgates/3M instances with embedded macros. Ability to handle multiple block assignments in parallel is required.
