You will be reporting to the Head of Department directly.

Your responsibilities include:

• To procure labour services related to operations to meet the organization's requirements for cost effectiveness, quality standards, and timeliness
• Draft contract documents outlining contractors' responsibilities and liabilities, safeguarding the company's interests
• To collaborate with user departments to prepare tender documents with clear and detailed specifications aligned with business needs
• To analyze tender submissions and negotiate with suppliers to select the best value offer for the organization
• To perform post-contract management with internal stakeholders to ensure suppliers meet contractual obligations

The Successful Applicant

You should have a Diploma or a Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain related field and experience in procurement activities. You should have strong analytical and interpersonal skills; with the ability to work as a team in a multi-level and fast-paced organization. Experience with Ariba, Oracle or SAP is essential and CIPS certification is an added advantage.
