Responsibilities:

• Oversees all inbound and outbound activities, warehouse operations and Organisation
• Responsible for proper picking and packing and organizing of storage areas for easy retrievals
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
• Mange stock control and reconcile with data storage system
• inventory management
• Oversees daily operations
• Coordinate with other departments as required to ensure smooth flow of material movement and operations
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
• Monitors condition and maintenance of operating/ material handling equipment
• Performs other job related functions as and when required by management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics/warehouse management
• Strong knowledge in inventory management, logistics, warehousing and end-to-end inbound and outbound operations
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlines
• Analytical and proactive: a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment, with experience in setting up an effective and efficient logistics workflows that adapts to changes in expectation from customers and staff
• Takes ownership, an inventive problem-solver, and maintain a high level of accountability
