• Managing the administrative, clinical and financial aspects of the clinic
• Lead daily operations for the clinic
• Set and track departmental goals and objectives
• Develop and implements clinic SOP
• Oversee, train, and evaluate clinic staff
• Handle recruitment and onboarding process
• Set the clinic schedule
• Billing and insurance processing (Medisave,insurance etc)
• Investigates patient complaints
• Collaborates with doctors and executives
• Oversees the department’s budget and stock inventory
• Designs and manages continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure that all guidelines, regulations, and standards are followed by staff
• Manage other clinics as directed under group of companies

Requirement:

• At least 2 years of managerial expeirence in relevant field
