Responsibilities:

• To establish sales network to develop new customer account(s) and expand sales channel(s)
• Responsible for maintaining and developing good relationships with existing customers through regular contact
• Responsible for both pre-sales and post-sales activities, including market research, networking or industry event(s) as well as relevant outreach activities
• Preparation of client presentation materials
• Plan and execute promotional activities periodically to boost alcohol sales and create awareness for house brands
• Responsible for responding to client’s query(s) and coordinates the formulation of price quotations, submission of sales contracts for orders and maintenance of customer records
• Responsible for sales and administrative support, sales closures as well as monitoring of payment fulfilment activities
• Assist in preparing Sales Order and other internal documents as required
• Adopts consultative sales approach to propose appropriate solution(s) to address the client’s queries and requirements and maintain both customer satisfaction and service excellence

Your Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to ensure highest standard of service delivery to our customers.

What Will You Do

• To monitor and respond to AR, incoming calls, emails, and written correspondences.
• Ensure highest standard of service delivery to our customers.
• To maintains confidentiality of the customers and data.
• To identifies and resolves customer issues and enquires received via calls, emails, and social media platforms, accurately within the committed turnaround time and in accordance with the company SOP standards to ensure contact handling accuracy and operational effectiveness.

• Attend to service-related customer feedback. Timely investigate root causes of non-conformance incidents and recommend preventive actions.
• Liaise with banks, foreign consulates, statutory boards, and external parties as necessary on trade financing and documentation issues.
• Undertakes ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications/Experience:

• A degree in business, industrial engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ work experience in customer service, material management or business planning area, preferably in a chemical company.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing or supervising people.
• Ability to communicate effectively, make sound decisions and lead by example.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of Order to Cash, Shipping and Trade Financing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

To lead the nursing team and related healthcare workers in the ward, and be responsible for the day-to-day operational work flow in the Nursing Department.

• Responsible for the compliance of all nursing standards as stipulated by MOH and SNB.
• Leads quality assurance activities to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care. Ensures quality audits and planned and conducted periodically. Follow up with areas of corrective improvements.
• Ensures written policies and procedures and work process are available and up to date to guide the provision of nursing care.
• Monitor the smooth transition of the residents from acute to chronic care and back to the community, where possible.
• Direct care of the residents to ensure compliance to standards.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
• At least 2 years experience in similar position in a nursing home / geriatric ward
• Good public relations and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
