Job Description

• Develop and expand the business in the SEA region.
• To understand and monitor the market (technical development, competition, potential clients, raw material cost, regulations)
• Maintaining and developing the client portfolio by working closely with your network.
• Negotiating commercial contracts to achieve a successful supply to your customers with optimal results.
• Overseeing the full order and delivery process to create the best service to your customers.
• Professional reporting to management.

The Successful Applicant

• About 3 years of experience in Chemicals Sales, with at least 1 year of regional experience
• Ability to sales technical products
• Willingness to travel to meet customers across SEA
• Good presentation skills and able to manage key stakeholders during negotiation

Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp...etc)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort!)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criterias

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Marketing Manager (F&B)

Job Scope

• Evaluate and enhance marketing and pricing strategies.
• Analyze market trends and assess competitors.
• Generate leads for new business opportunities.
• Examine sales of new products.
• Coordinate and propose marketing strategies based on market research and sales trends.
• Develop and oversee the budget of the marketing department.
• Supervise branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns across shopping malls, media, and SNS-related platforms.
• Assist in developing creative briefs and guide creative direction to align with objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
• Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns.
• Assess the effectiveness and impact of ongoing marketing initiatives, promotions, and campaigns through tracking, analysis, and optimization.
• Manage the Loyalty program for campaigns, customer communications, and retention.
• Present concepts and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
• Address customer complaints related to promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• Work Experience: Around 10 years or more (8-9 years are welcome)
• Possess the following skills:

3. Creativity and great writing skills.
4. Great communication skills.
5. Good organization and planning skills.
