To responsible, lead and manage full aspects of operation including but not limited to, operations training, manpower management, maximization of sales and minimising losses, customer care relationship management.
To responsible and administer compliance of all company’s policies, procedures, rules, regulations, systems and standard operation procedures.
Handle all service recovery cases including refund and complaints and resolve all complaints, feedback, verification and inquiries in the upmost efficient.
Ensure accuracy of stock levels, transactions and placement of orders and proper storage and maintaining of stock.
Provide all general records, data, statistics and any reports as required by the Management.
Plan and manage the work schedules of team members.
Coach, motivate and provide support to team members to create positive, productive and prosperous working environment.
