• To expand Singapore export/import business both Air and Ocean. Also, to manage 3rd party business (offshore business) as well to secure and expand business if the business owner is Singapore customer.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is to manage the commercial operations of the company’s business in the Southeast Asia/Oceania territory through direct sales and the agent’s and distributor’s sales force as well as to implement the strategy of the company.

Based in Southeast Asia, the Regional Sales Manager will work closely with the General Manager based in Singapore and the Customer Service team. • Market and solicit orders for the Employer's products (halal frozen food products), subject to acceptance by the Employer, to prospective customers located in Singapore; and develop sales leads, and maintain positive business relationships by provided support, information, and guidance.

• Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors, and prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information. The Employee shall quote only the prices, delivery dates and other terms and conditions supplied by the Employer and no deviations shall be made therefrom.

• All orders solicited and taken by the Employee shall be submitted to the Employer and are subject to acceptance and confirmation in writing by the Employer. Only the Employer shall make decisions regarding a customer’s credit and all matters relating to billing to customers. The Employee shall assist the Employer in obtaining credit information relating to customers or prospective customers.

• The Employer shall pay a commission to the Employee entered into by the Employer with customers obtained primarily through the efforts of the Employee, in accordance with the fee schedule set forth in Staff Memorandums to the Sales Department. 1. Assist Sales Manager for the sales and marketing for local and overseas market and are required traveling overseas on regular basis to carry out duties.
