Oversee and effectively maintain the M&E systems and supervise the M&E team in carrying out duties

Ensure all projects, preventive maintenance works and SOPs are carried out in excellent quality within the schedule timeline and budget

Perform site planning, coordination and inspection that related to M&E and facilities

Responsible in preparing tender specification & post contract and renovation projects

Oversee and effectively maintain the M&E systems. Analyse faults speedily and recommend holistic, sustainable and cost-effective solutions to the client

Ensure accurate records and progress reports is prepared on timely manner

Ensure proper arrangement of site organization and workforce management

Conduct regular meetings with FM teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors

Liaise with the equipment vendors at a technical and professional manner so that equipment faults escalation can be resolved within the shortest possible time

Ensure the operation teams comply with client & regulatory requirements.

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Experience in related ACMV, and Electrical or equivalent.

Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, ACMV or equivalent.

Possess strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work independently

Proficiency in MS Office.

Ability to work under pressure in a complex environment.

New Business & Retention

• Develops and acquires new business revenue from new and existing clients, assigned prospects in identified sectors or market areas.
• Identifies growth potential in new sectors, formulate sales and marketing plans which support profitable new business and retention objectives.
• Achieves individual and department sales goals to ensure company’s business goals including new revenue, profitability, retention objectives are met.
• Manage and execute the sales process from successful prospecting through point of sale and positioning the company’s service offerings to customers as solutions to meet customer’s requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams to prepare proposals, RFQs and tender documents to ensure that service offerings and SLAs meets customer’s requirements.
• Through visibility and active engagement, build positive relationships with prospective customers, appointed brokers, agencies, agents and business organizations.
• Generate consistent and continual stream of sales pipelines through visitations, direct solicitations, participation and networking at industry events.
• Submit consistent flow of qualified new business opportunities and achieve the required new business closing ratio targets.

Account Management

• Work closely with cross functional teams to execute account management action plans.
• Manage and promptly resolve customers’ queries, feedback and issues.

Other Related Activities

• Track and conduct monthly reviews of sales targets and take necessary action to close gaps to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Gather information, conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Participates in overall brand management, marketing communications, creatives and through the line activities.

Requirements

• Good sales track records with Third Party Administrator/Insurance Brokers/Agencies.
• Prior sales and accounts management experience in managed healthcare services will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently, interact well and reach out to at all levels within the organization while promoting a team environment,
• Highly developed interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree qualified will be highly regarded, however, not essential.

1. Being a good Front for Muse Arts (as you will be the first person customers approach before experiencing Muse Arts program)
2. Able to clinch sales through sincere communication with parents about Muse Arts program and how it will benefit their children
3. Meticulous in arranging schedule and replacement lessons for Instructor
4. Ensuring tip top cleaniness standard of the studio
5. Able to communicate ongoing promotions to customers clearly
6. Preparing of Worksheets, Certificates, Evaluations and other materials for Instructors' distribution.
7. Good balance of sales and customer oriented
8. Doing daily closing on POS system

Established in 2012, Muse Arts is a Performing Arts enrichment company that specialized in providing the preschoolers the chance to be exposed to professional performing arts education. The main objective is to expose them to the different genre of Arts form and provide their parents an opportunity to see what their child is interested in!

Job Requirements:

• MUST be comfortable around preschoolers
• Enjoy conversing with Parents in a professional manner
• Able to work on both weekends

Working hours

4 work days per week

Thursday to Sunday

9.45am to 9pm. (1 hour break for lunch and 1 hour break for dinner)

• Maintains supplies by checking stock; anticipating needs; placing orders; verifying receipt.
• Prepares hair for styling by analyzing hair condition; shampooing and treating hair.
• Conditions hair and scalp by applying treatments.
• Plans desired effect by studying facial features; examining potential styles; conferring with customer; making recommendations.
• Produces desired effect by arranging, shaping, curling, cutting, trimming, setting, bleaching, dyeing, and tinting hair.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintains safe and healthy conditions by following organization standards and legal regulations.
• Obtains revenue by recording or collecting charges.
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Skills/Qualifications: Listening, Supply Management, Analyzing Information , Customer Focus, Client Relationships, Organization, Creativity, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Professionalism, Verbal Communication
• Must be aware of CASE requirements and following accordingly to the prevailing standards

Responsibilities :

- Attend enquiries by phone/emails.

- Coordinating with clients about service appointment

- Update data, prepare quotation and related documents

- On-site visit to clients' premises

- To perform daily administrative works and other duties as assigned

Requirements :

- Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Degree or equivalent.

- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field

- Preferably specializing in air conditioning , electrical work

- Preferably with driving license

- Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience
