• Lead and manage IT projects focusing on AML/CFT compliance within the organization;
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring proper documentation and communication at every stage;
• Manage the integration of AML/CFT software solutions (e.g., transaction monitoring systems, screening tools) with existing banking or financial institution system;
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure systems meet regulatory requirements and are capable of detecting suspicious activities effectively;

Job Description:

• Provide the cost and contracts administration services.
• Carry out cost control to ensure that the Material Procurement Tender Schedule is within the allocated budget as specified by Client.
• Prepare and report financial projection and carry out budgetary and expenditure control of Contractors’ contract prior to commencement of work.

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manager of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to lead and oversee the strategic management and optimization of our HRIS platform. This role is responsible for ensuring that the system effectively supports HR operations and enhances the employee experience by streamlining HR processes, improving data accuracy, and providing actionable insights. HRIS Management & Optimization

Project Management

· Manage and prioritize multiple HRIS-related projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in line with organizational goals.
