Job Requirements

Business Planning:

• Analyze operational performance, industry dynamics, macro-economic trends, and the competitor landscape to provide analysis and insights that link financial information to business strategies.
• Leverage expertise in financial modeling, business planning, analysis, data visualization, and technical skills to recommend targets for improvements to achieve fiscal and operational goals.
• Collaborate with strategy teams and operational leaders on complex business plans and business cases, ensuring alignment with operational and strategic goals.

Business Performance Monitoring:

• Oversee the development and implementation of performance monitoring frameworks for clinical departments, including regular review of P&Ls, KPIs, and variance analysis.
• Maintain knowledge of business planning standards and methodologies.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

• Participate in or lead improvement teams and projects impacting the Clinical Ops Finance team, Finance Department, or system stakeholders.
• Utilize a variety of query tools, analytic techniques, and software platforms to analyze large quantities of data from multiple sources, proactively identifying appropriate analyses and tracking methods needed to take action on opportunities.

Leadership & Mentoring:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Partners partnering with clinical departments.
• Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with Clinical & Operations leaders, proactively identifying opportunities for improving productivity, cutting costs, and increasing revenue.
• Liaise with external stakeholders on ad-hoc data and analysis requests and clarifications.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field
• At least 10 years of Finance Experience
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in leading and managing teams

Key accountabilities:

• Participate in overall Project Management process jointly with Project Manager.
• Main partner for the Financial Strategy success of the project - Optimize financial aspects on the project Org. Tax, Hedging, Financing.
• Business Partnering:

1. Provide finance advise and tutoring to the project team.
2. Set up technical expertise within the real and current concerns of the business to create value.

• Supervision, analysis and support for overall finance topics of the project.

12. Challenge eligibility and relevance Capex & R&D analyzing impacts and optimizing how to implement and informing Operations Finance about the amounts considered at tender stage.
13. Reconciling project data and General Ledger on regular basis.
