Assistant Sales Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field is advantageous.
• Proven experience in sales and customer service.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).

Job Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Seek out leads through various channels such as cold calling and building a client database.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Negotiate terms, secure new business, and maintain existing business.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the organization.
• Identify opportunities for market expansion and growth.
• Work with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Generate reports on sales performance and market trends.
• Stay updated on industry changes and advancements.
