• Communicate and review sale teams' sales performance metrics against key performance indicators.
• Conduct negotiation of sales agreements.

• Develop and execute sales and channel strategies with clear KPIs for direct reports
• Partner with distributor to drive sales plans and oversee promotional budgets
• Track market trends and internal performance, providing insights by customer and location
• Build retailer relationships to enhance joint business plans and promotional schemes
• Coordinate campaign assets, POS materials, and channel-specific promotions

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a similar role, ideally in health supplements
• Experience in both Modern and General Trade
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing end-to-end sales processes
• FMCG analytics experience and familiarity with market trends
