• Preferably with experience in wholesale/retail packaging (household & groceries) and good knowledge in Indian/Bangladesh Wholesale household and groceries products distributions through various channels
• Preferably bilingual to liaise with Indian/Bangladesh speaking suppliers and vendors in view of working/business environment communication
• Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at meeting or exceeding revenue goals. This includes setting sales targets for the store and ensuring that the team is aligned with these objectives.
• oordinate with inventory and procurement teams to ensure that the store is stocked with the right products at the right time. Maintain stock levels for high-demand items while avoiding overstocking.
• Develop strategies for engaging with customers, such as loyalty programs, personalized promotions, or creating a positive in-store experience.
• Implement loss prevention measures to minimize theft, spoilage, and inventory discrepancies. Regularly monitor sales and stock levels to detect any irregularities.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, identify trends, and analyze data to make informed decisions about promotions, product offerings, and staffing levels.
• Proficient in inventory control, product ordering, and maintaining stock levels.
• 2A/2B/Class 3 compulsory. Preferably posses own transport. (Required to travel from time to time)
• Willing to do rotating shift work and flexibility to work late evenings
• Able to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing
• Must be able to work on weekends/PH. (Strictly off on week days)
• Field work required. Need to do delivery if driver is off / medical leave or urgency of goods when required
• Must have knowledge to control storage room temperatures for frozen products, vegetables etc
• Able to withstand considerable exterior noise and extreme temperature fluctuations in warehouse

JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of the role is to

• Maximize new business/acquisition/referral opportunities and deepening existing customer relationships to the specified service standards for the Personal Clients segment

Implementation and oversight of the below individual responsibilities:

• To conduct a professional, consultative financial analysis and profiling session with customers to meet their financial needs/objectives.
• To foster and deepen customer relationships by providing regular market information updates and trend analysis on local and international financial products.
• In consultation with the branch manager/ PTL, draw up monthly plans for achieving/exceeding sales targets to meet new business and customer acquisition goals
• To participate in marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition.
