• Provide comprehensive training content to employees and customers, maintaining high standards and expertise in educational delivery.
• Guide and support the training team to meet key performance targets and foster their professional growth.
• Manage and oversee departmental budgets to ensure efficient spending and maximize training-related returns on investment.
• Maintain high standards for training programs, facilities, and certification processes to ensure long-term effectiveness.
• Handle other tasks and projects as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Education, Training and Development, or a Master's Degree in Organizational Development, Educational Leadership, or a related field is required.
• Certification as a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) is a an advantage
• Proven experience in leading and developing a product-related training department or provider within a cross-cultural setting.
• Strong expertise in adult learning principles and e-learning methodologies.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in training management, corporate education, or a related field.
• Experience in medical device industry will be a plus point
