Porsche Singapore is offering a Sales Operations internship opportunity. The successful interns will support the dealership’s operations in sales operations, coordinating with other intra-company departments, and handling administrative duties.

• Support and monitor daily, monthly, quarterly and annual sales-centric reporting
• Support in short-/mid-/long-term sales planning processes
• Support customer orders according to customer requirements and track to ensure timely delivery
• Support and update vehicle list, input for vehicle ordering
• Support sales administrative and operations support (e.g. COE bidding, vehicle registrations, warranties, etc) or any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management as required

• Current student in Bachelor’s/Master’s in areas such as Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, Finance, or related fields
• High interest in premium automotive industry
• Past internship experience preferred
• Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently
• Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding
