Position Description:

Reporting to the Executive Vice President (EVP), the Vice President/Senior Manager will provide general support to the overall company management of MECGPA. With a lean organizational structure, he/she will be able to gain broad exposure by interacting with various personnel in the company. Some of the tasks he/she may be involved include handling/ supporting the day-to-day corporate operations of the company, liaison work with MEC and its affiliates, and investor relations, particularly with existing and potential Japanese investors.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA’s):

The Vice President/Senior Manager is expected to support the team in all areas of responsibilities, in particular

- Supporting the EVP and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in the day-to-day corporate activities

- Supporting the finance team in the development and maintenance of the company's business plan, annual budget, and quarterly re-forecast

- Preparing a consolidated financial statement for the MECGPA Group and reporting financial information to the MEC

- Ensuring proper corporate governance

- Drafting the written resolutions or other related documents for the management of the MECGPA Group and its affiliates

- Liaising with shareholders on high-level corporate strategy and the corporate governance issues

- Supporting compliance with MEC Group guidelines, particularly in the back-office matters
