Job Description

We are looking for motivated degree or polytechnic graduates with IT experience to join our team as a Project Manager, leading customized IT projects that transform client requirements into actionable solutions. If you have a solid grasp of AGILE methodology, expertise in JIRA software, and experience managing stakeholders and sprints, we want to hear from you! A PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

1. Project Management: Lead end-to-end IT project lifecycles, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
2. Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
3. Agile Practices: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives) and ensure smooth Sprint execution.
4. Task and Resource Allocation: Translate client requirements into detailed project plans, defining schedules and assigning resources effectively.
5. Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and proactively address issues to maintain project momentum.
6. Documentation: Create and maintain key project documentation (SRS, TDR, User Guides) to support seamless project delivery.
7. Continuous Improvement: Analyze project outcomes and recommend process enhancements to improve project execution efficiency.

Required qualifications

1. Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or related fields (preferred).
2. Experience:
   1. Proven experience in IT project management, with a focus on customized solutions.
   2. Hands-on knowledge of JIRA and other project management tools (e.g., Trello).
   3. Familiarity with AGILE methodology, Sprints, and associated ceremonies.
3. Skills:
   1. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
   2. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.
   3. Effective communication for managing clients and cross-functional teams.
4. Certification: PMP is a plus but not mandatory.

Porsche Singapore is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to lead our service team and oversee daily operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, timely, and seamless service. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting all automotive service and repair needs with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency, driving team performance, upholding Porsche’s standards, and cultivating a customer-centric environment that fosters trust, loyalty, and operational excellence.

• Develop, manage, and implement strategies to ensure a seamless customer experience across all service touchpoints, while achieving service profitability, cost control, and KPIs, such as service efficiency, productivity, parts inventory turnover, customer satisfaction, and retention.
• Manage service operations to build long-term customer relationships, foster trust and loyalty to encourage repeat business, ensure efficient service delivery, and uphold compliance with brand standards, warranty policies, and government regulations, including workplace health and safety for both workshop and frontline employees.

• Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, automotive management, or a related field with relevant certifications or training in automotive aftersales management preferred.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in service management role, preferably within a luxury automotive brand.
• Comprehensive knowledge of service centre management, customer service, technical services, automotive technologies, diagnostics tools, repair techniques, along with an understanding of industry trends, technological advancements, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Dealership Management Systems and diagnostic tools.
