Position Overview:

As the Office Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the swim school, ensuring a high standard of customer service and operational efficiency. This position involves managing administrative duties, coordinating staff schedules, handling communications, processing invoicing, assisting with payroll, and providing support across various facets of the school’s operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office tasks which includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling customer inquiries on social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook).
