• Responsible for getting sufficient technical information from customers before sending inquiries to vendor
• Responsible for follow up on deliveries with vendor
• Assists to follow up with forwarder on the schedule of incoming (Air/Sea) goods delivery to Singapore warehouse
• Responsible for claiming short shipped/ defect items from Vendor
• Responsible to tally invoice data (price & quantity) in supplier invoice against inhouse purchase order and post into SAP for warehouse stock and/or customer stocks
• Assists to inform operations staff to pick their arrived goods when necessary
• Liaise / follow up with warehouse to ensure delivery of goods to customers
• Manage customers’ claims / goods returned
• Maintain good filing system
• Involve in yearly stock take activities
• Assists in forecasting stock requirement and keeping adequate amount of stock to meet customers’ demand
• Assists to check export L/C if the terms are able to meet bank’s requirement
• Assists to print monthly sales and inventory report
• Able to negotiate with customer and mindful of cost control

Requirements:

• GCE 'O' Level / Nitec / Diploma in Business / Logistics
• Minimum 3 years similar/relevant experience
• Possess knowledge of MS office (Outlook/ Word/ Excel)
• Knowledge of SAP system and L/C requirement would be an advantage
