What's the role?
BNEF is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Singapore-based commercial team who manage a wide range of client portfolios across the ASEAN region. The team is responsible for originating new client relationships, while renewing and growing existing clients, and driving partnership discussions.

We'll trust you to:
- Source new business opportunities and identify leads for BNEF services, with a focus on ASEAN sell-side
- Manage, renew and up-sell a book of clients
- Collaborate closely with the Bloomberg Terminal representatives in the territory to grow and expand existing relations, as well as prospecting new leads
- Coordinate client events by inviting clients or prospects, and handling logistics
- Support internal and external senior management engagements
- Respond to client requests ensuring quick turnaround
- Initiate sales activities and develop pipelines
- Provide constructive feedback to product and analysis teams regarding client needs
- Manage proposals and contracts
- Develop campaigns and events for market influence
You'll need to have:
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in the energy or financial services industry
- Minimum 2 years of client facing experience in banking in the ASEAN region
- Experience selling to institutional clients, and c-suite / senior client engagement experience, gained within the past 5 years
- Ability to work effectively in a close-knit and collaborative team
- Appetite to learn
- Strong work ethic, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate initiative and ownership
- Good interpersonal skills to establish rapport and strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong presentation and communication skills in English
- Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organization
- Bachelor’s degree or degree equivalent qualifications
