Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, maintaining confidentiality.
• Experience in event management, ideally in hotels or catering, with budget and financial reporting skills.

Sales Manager (Marketing)

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of offline activations and being responsible for achieving sales targets and business objectives.
• Recruit, manage and train Moomoo offline sales brand ambassadors (BAs) to drive acquisition goals through various offline channels including but not limited to roadshows and events.
• Implement incentive schemes and proper sales process management to ensure high team morale and sharp sales skills.
• Run training programs to ensure all sales BAs understand Moomoo's platform and product suite, and marketing campaign mechanics, and adhere to compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal team members and cross-functional teams, including partnership, legal and compliance, to ensure alignment and maximize the value derived from offline sales.

Requirements
