Key Responsibilities:

Sales (60%):

1.Generate new business leads and follow up on existing opportunities.
2. Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.

3. Uncovering/qualifying new sales opportunities through outbound calling, email/LinkedIn interactions

3. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
4. Schedule product demos
5. Manage inside-sales pipeline, track progress, and report on sales performance.

Marketing (40%):

1. Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns (email, social media, content).
2. Create engaging content (case studies).
3. Manage social media.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies.
5. Analyze campaign results, optimize performance, and report on ROI.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain existing customers relationship and develop new customers.

- Prepare sales quotations, proposals for projects.

- Generate new leads and build up customer database and foster a strong partnership with clients.

- Approaching new customers on telemarketing / supporting the marketing department to development social media campaigns to draw fresh opportunities.

- Drive company growth and achieve company goal.

- Provide support to pre-sales and post-sales activities.

REQUIREMENT

- Diploma in sales and marketing field or equivalent.

- Competent working knowledge in Microsoft office and ability to interpret CAD drawings, schematics on AV systems including ELV line diagrams.

- Strong sense of teamwork and service orientation

- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work

- Self-driven individual and able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (as this role works closely with stakeholders in China)

- Experience in AV industry, especially LED videowall technology will be highly advantageous.
