Job Description

• Social Media/Digital Marketing: create & monitor content for several platforms at once.
• Provide strategy on delivering content to the right audience on the right channels. (Facebook/Instagram/Google/TikTok)
• Follow brand guidelines to execute a wide variety of activities that involve branding, advertising, social media, partnerships and more.
• Create and design promotional material including posters, brochures, advertisements and other types of print and online media

Requirements

• Creating and publishing creative content for multiple platforms should be second nature to you (Facebook, IG, Youtube, Tiktok, Google)
• Experienced with Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads
• Basic design and image editing skills.

This role oversees the company’s marketing campaigns both internally and externally and plays a key part in communicating the organizations marketing message.

• Support the Operations Director in day to day marketing activities.
• Support and grow the igus ® client base via active telemarketing initiates (call distribution of catalogues,samples, e-mailing and mailing campaigns etc.)
• Data base (CRM) enhancements inclusive but not limited to uploading new contacts and companies,updating of the existing database to ensure up-to-date status in all aspect.
• Setting appointments for igus ® Sales Engineers in line with implemented goals and objectives (KPI).
• Support the sales team in assigned region with sample preparation and support.
• Support of all administrative requirements for exhibition preparation, inclusive of invitation cards & flyers distribution, preparation and consolidation of exhibition booth material for dispatch.
• Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for igus® products and services on a variety of media (social,print etc.).
• Create awareness through Digital Marketing activities for ASEAN Region, both paid and organically.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
• Review and update of websites to publicize and increase of the company’s products and activities.
• Coordinate with outside agencies, for example designers, to produce marketing materials such stationary and souvenir items.
• Analyze the impact of marketing campaigns and prepare measurement reports.
• Plan and manage marketing events and evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activity.

• Marketing & Business Development of Online Platform to Ship Owners, Banks & Financial Institutions, Maritime Courts, Shipping Funds, Cash buyers , Ship Registrars, Escrow Agents, Surveyors and others.
• Vessel sale and purchase online and offline from securing buyers for vessels listed for sale online, arranging inspections, negotiating sales contract, drafting recap and sales forms, drafting sales documents, arranging and negotiating Escrow contract, closing and delivery of the vessel.
• Liaising with SNP Manager to secure new customers by developing marketing and business development strategies.
• Maintain Relationship with clients by arranging meetings along with Marketing & Sales Executive for business development.

JOB SPECIFICATION / REQUIREMENT / COMPETENCY

• Two (2) or more years as a Ship Sales & Purchase Broker.
• Good Network of Dry Bulk and Tanker vessel owners mandatory. Network of clients in other sectors like containers, OSV and other specialized vessels is beneficial.
• Good negotiation skills and knowledge of sale and purchase contracts and legal implications.
• Degree or Diploma in Maritime Business or Engineering beneficial but not compulsory.

We are searching for an experience Digital Marketing Manager to lead our Digital Marketing Operations team. In this position, you will be in-charged of helping our clients to achieve their Digital Marketing Campaign objectives such as recommending Digital Marketing Strategies, Brand Awareness & Leads generations through the various online platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Google.
