Branding and Communications

• Brand building and awareness
• Create and execute marketing & communications across multiple online channels and platforms
• Conceptualize and create content and materials such as brochures, presentation, fact sheets, informative videos etc.
• Responsible for managing and maintaining company Web portal
• Developing relevant marketing materials for company services and product. eg. fuel product and services.
• Ensuring consistency in our brand, messages and communications across all media
• To design, build and maintain a brand of services and product showcase in Singapore HQ (which can be usable in other markets as well)
• Managing media relations and coverage
• Provide expertise and manage our CRM tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM).
• Conduct market research as and when necessary in support of services(s), product(s), market(s), industry, customer, competitors etc.

Qualifications / Experience

• Degree in Marketing or any other relevant degree
• Must have experience in Digital Marketing
• At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experiences.
• Independent, hands-on, meticulous, resourceful and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics
• Strategic planning skills, display excellent leadership and be a good team player that is able to perform well under pressure in a start-up & fast-paced environment
• Have a rich background in the marketing industry to deliver effective communication with the public
• Familiar with marketing CRM tool such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM etc.
• Experience in copywriting with excellent communications skills
• Familiar with graphic design and video editing tools
• Strong project management skills and managing external marketing agencies
• Passionate marketer with the ability to think out-of-the box
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people at all levels of a business
• Comfortable working in a small team

• Create of job orders and process customers order
• Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
• Maintaining client relations.
• Coordinate sea freight shipment.
• Updates the outstanding trading sales and purchases.
• Preparing document quotation, performa invoice ,sales contrats,commercial invoices,packing list certificate of origin.
• Preparing letter of credit,and other related bank correspondences.
• Receive customer order, handle customer payment and liaise with customer for shipment confirmation.
• Undertake any other assignments, which the management may request from time to time
• A candidate should possess a positive mindset and a proactive "Can Do" attitude.
• Having knowledge of the shipping line would be advantageous.

Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

Job Purpose:  

The Marketing Coordinator has the overall responsibility for being the custodian for sub-function of the marketing team for the Company's Technology Solutions, India. Assisting in events, communications, managing the vendor portals and helping in maintaining the the Company's Brand image.

Responsibilities:

• Implements marketing plans and processes across all vendors.

• Understands and manages all the vendor portals for the marketing function.

• Raises requests for activities and ensures that the same is communicated to the teams.

• Filing claims for vendors and reconciliation with the Company's Finance team.

• Purchase order and debit note management for all third-party vendors.

• Assists in the communications function.

• Database and MIS analysis of business data for marketing usage.

• Custodian for all marketing collaterals- ensures dispatch and receipt of each.

• Custodian for all marketing assets and ensures update of each.

• Helps in conducting events and sourcing for the same.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Good Communication skills (Both written and oral)

• Seeks to build high customers satisfaction (internal and external)

• Must have 2 or more years of experience in marketing / sales co-ordination.

• Prior experience in distribution and/or IT preferred

• University degree or equivalent

• Use your product and fashion knowledge to inspire the customer by offering purchasing suggestions, and promoting campaigns, offers and activities

Store Operations

• Keep the fixtures full and tidy regularly throughout the day to maximise sales
• Ensure great garment care to sell the products in their best condition at the right time
• Replenish sizes and allocation to the sales floor through efficient delivery and refill routines to avoid missed sales
• Ensure all areas of the sales floor and back of house are always clean and tidy
• Ensure all routines are followed at the cash desks and fitting rooms to maximize sales and customer satisfaction

Team

• Share your knowledge and skills with your colleagues, offering help where needed to build a positive working atmosphere
