• Position : Sales Engineer (Metrology) - Up to $4,800 Gross - Changi Business Park

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential customers to offer solutions for their semiconductor processes.
• Manage end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to post-sale support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally and work closely with the technical and & teams to customize solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Support business development initiatives by identifying market trends and growth opportunities in the SEA region.
• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
• Offering after-sales support services
• Administering client accounts
• Analysing costs and sales
• Preparing weekly reports for management
• Meeting regular sales targets
• Recording and maintaining client contact data

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering/Materials Science/Physics, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in solution sales, preferably in the metrology industry or scientific industry
• Understanding of semiconductor processes especially for laboratory equipment use for failure analysis, quality control and metrology equipment for thin film.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
• Preferably possess own transport
• Able to do after office hour support
• No Experience welcome too, training will be provided!
