You will support our rapidly evolving and growing business by translating cross-vertical and cross-functional business requirements into functional SalesForce tools. Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, you will be an important member of the regional team based in Singapore. You will drive SalesForce roadmap planning, operations, and execution processes with cross-functional and cross-vertical teams. You will help define governance and SOPs within the Grab Merchants organisation and lead the execution of key deliverables for SalesForce-related projects.
