We are looking for candidates who can build The Garcha Group brand digitally on all platforms leading to direct measurable revenue for all hotel rooms and F&B outlets.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Be a brand guardian for The Garcha Group, setting the tone as well as the look & feel ofall communication.

- Create and execute social media calendar for daily content on social channels such as

Facebook and Instagram.

- Create and execute EDM schedule.

- Review and respond to all reviews on social media, Marriott and OTA channels within 24

hours.

- Initiate and maintain a yearly schedule of events for marketing campaigns.

- Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns both room-side as well as F&B at

property level, enabling more customized and need based marketing.

- Create and organise photography, videography and associated editing for all marketing

needs.

- Maintain and update Marriott and "vanity" hotel and F&B websites' content to ensure all

communication is up-to-date and on brand

- Create and ensure version control of all graphic collateral assets in all departments of all

hotels and F&B.

- Coordinate PR events with and independently from PR company, and continue

relationships/partnerships.

- Assess, recommend, and develop and maintain relationships with influencers, through a

planned schedule of invitations to hotel inspections and hosted events.

- Respond to all emails within 24 hours regarding any marketing and influencer

opportunities.

- Be up to date with online, above the line, below the line market trends and new

developments.

- Actively monitor competitors' online, above the line, below the line marketing programs

- Identify other online marketing opportunities to increase brand and hotel awareness from

time to time.

- Drive traffic and conversion for the F&B dining venues website, ensuring offers are relevant to the market and produce results

- Maintain and update website content to ensure brand standards and web audit goals are met

- Create awareness and visibility of F&B website through Search Engine Optimization and Display Media

- Ensure optimal utilization of Marriott digital tools and channels to maximize marketing coverage

- Manage social media channels to build brand reputation and loyalty through relevant and engaging content that is brand compliant

- Ensure hotel meets Marriott’s social media measurement goals

- Develop social media campaigns and strategies to increase hotel’s presence and participation

Other Projects/Responsibilities:

• Identify online marketing opportunities to increase property visibility and awareness

• Keeping abreast with online market trends and new developments

• Actively monitor competitors’ pricing and marketing programs

• Support and give advice on any-related digital / online initiatives

• Develop annual digital marketing strategy for the hotel

• Produce videos and/or prints for media marketing purposes

Job Description

1. Manages group room enquiries (10 or more rooms / people) and related functions, dealing from receipt of request to contracting and payment.

2. Liaise with in-house departments for a quick and smooth execution and conversion of group business. Maintains ownership of group blocks, including pickup numbers, reservation methods, billing, and proper treatment of VIP guests.

3. Manages site inspections, organizing visits, room allocation, inspection of rooms and coordinates all departments to execute a perfect showcase of the hotel, providing accurate information on visitors

4. Speaks with others using clear and professional language; prepares and reviews written documents accurately and completely; answers telephones using appropriate etiquette.

5. Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others; listens and responds appropriately to the concerns of other employees.

6. To meet and exceed individual assigned sales goal and shared responsibility for team members for achievement of total department sales budget.

7. To conduct 5 sales calls daily and 3 sales activities ie Entertainment & Site Inspection per week.

8. To identify and develop new potential accounts (to prospect at least 2 new accounts per week).

9. Develop sales plans to generate business from identified markets/accounts.

10. Determine corporate account needs and initiate sales activities of each assigned market/account to enable future bookings.

11. Continuously communicate the benefits and ongoing promotions of the hotel to the customer.

12. Management and growth of corporate accounts by tracking individual transient, group and catering production goals.

13. Negotiate transient rates for assigned accounts.

14. Prospect new business through phone solicitation, physical sales calls, site inspections, trade shows, sales blitz, e-mail, research via newspapers & online resources.

15. Gather market intelligence: new product ideas, competition activities, new customer trends and performance.

16. Be actively involved in ensuring prompt follow-up on incoming phone calls, site inspections, proposal / inquiries. Accuracy in booking, commitments to customer on all sales/operational documents and adhering to the standards set by the department in execution and filing of all said documents.

17. Be a team player motivating peers and subordinates in support of department goals in sales and operations. To manage and develop Interdepartmental relations while not compromising customer satisfaction, revenue, profitability or associate morale of department / Hotel. To initiate team building activities.

18. To adhere to personal behavioral norms of integrity such as grooming, ownership, contactability, accountability, responsibility, visibility and punctuality.

19. Perform any other duties assigned by owner according to changing business, economic, customer needs or restructure within Sales & Marketing Department.

Job Responsibilities

• To provide timely and accurate sales support to the Travel Agent Sales Team and the Travel agencies.
• To meet and exceed the sales target of the ship under the Resorts World Cruises.
• Provide sales support to the Travel Agent Sales Manager in the preparation of group quotation, Event order, and handling of operational requests from travel agents and other administrative duties assigned.
• Handle all calls and email enquiries from travel agents.
• Maintain excellent working relationship with the business partners.
• Handle any invoicing and billing for outstanding payments from travel agents
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Work closely with all relevant stakeholders to ensure business effectiveness.
• Conduct site inspection to promote event on-board and cruise with groups as business required.
• Representing RWC at relevant roadshows, NATAS Travel Fair and other sales events.
• Ensure work processes are in compliant to audit requirements

Job Requirement

• Have past Travel Trade Experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Meticulous and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
