Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Diploma in related technical field.

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales or technical sales role within the oil & gas, construction, or mining industries.

Technical Skills:

You will be responsible for centered around telemarketing and sales, requiring you to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards in call quality and operational efficiency. You’ll promote the company's services by making telemarketing calls to both existing and potential customers, using your knowledge of these services to engage effectively. A key part of the role involves recognizing opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell, boosting revenue through thoughtful recommendations. Converting company-provided leads into sales is another priority, requiring a proactive and persuasive approach. All interactions must adhere strictly to regulations and quality standards, ensuring compliance at every step. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for keeping the customer database current and accurate, reflecting all relevant updates.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Management
• Prior experience working in telemarketing or sales function and/or the beauty & wellness industry preferred

Requirements:

· Acitively generate new business by introducing doctors to the imaging MRI centres, driving referrals and ensure sustained partnerships

· Build relationships with key channel suppliers(insurance companies, GP clinics) to foster long term collaboration and business growth

· Identify and develop B2B and B2C consumer segments to expand the customer base.

· Conduct regular competitive analysis and pricing research to ensure competitiveness

· Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns from concept to completion

· Ensure the timely rollout of marketing plans with coordination with different stakeholders

· Build brand awareness through promotional packages and adjust strategies accordingly

· Compile and maintain comprehensive products/services offering lists

Requirements

· At least 2 years sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry
