Job Description & Requirements

As a marketing intern you will be required to support

1. Marketing projects of the company

2. Assist in the company website, social media support

3. Support company assignments and project as and when requested by the company

4. Copywriting, content creation

5. Take white background product shots to post onto company online shops.

Requirements

1. Able to manage social media accounts and content writing

2. Good English Grammar

3. Able to use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

· Identify the needs of prospects and extend professional advice and solutions to them.

· Engage and establish relationships with prospects from the daily-assigned pool of leads.

· Conduct sales pitch to prospects and convert them into long-term clients.

· Provide exceptional customer experience and maintain high service standards.

· Maintain a good after-sales relationship with clients and ensure their inquiries are handled promptly.

· Act as a subject matter expert on treatments, procedures and technology and stay up to date on developments in the Postpartum industry.

Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor or Management

· Leading a team of sales personnel.

· Actively exploring business opportunities to increase sales volume.

· Identifying potential markets, sales channels, competition, and propose effective sales strategy plans for account expansion & development to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets & KPIs.

· Managing all sales channels, eg. general trade, modern trade, and ensure daily operations function well.

· Establish network and build good rapport with new clients.

· Conceptualize strategic business plans that expands company’s customer base.

· Present relevant sales & operations reports and forecasts to the management team.

• Stay updated on relevant digital marketing trends and provide recommendations to assist clients through digital marketing services
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop digital marketing content
• Conduct research on market trends, brand audiences, and competitors, as well as the end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagement and conversions
• Be involved in the pre-production of campaigns to post-production
• Manage and prioritise project timelines
• Analyse the results and effectiveness of content to deliver insights and solutions

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
