6. Sales Administration

· Previous experience in a hotel front desk role is preferred.

• Stock Control: Organize and label inventory in the storage area, ensuring items are easily accessible and orderly.
• Picking and Packing Orders: Prepare and pack customer orders for delivery or dispatch, ensuring accuracy in picking the right items and quantities.
• Coordinate with Sales and Procurement: Work closely with the sales and procurement teams to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained and orders are fulfilled on time.
• Stock Replenishment: Track low-stock items and coordinate with the purchasing department for timely replenishment.
• Maintain Cleanliness and Safety: Keep the storage area clean, well-organized, and compliant with safety standards to prevent accidents or product damage.
• Report and Document: Prepare and submit regular stock reports, documenting any discrepancies, damages, or shortages.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (if required).
• Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams.
