Responsibilities:

• Execution of Marketing, Advertising and Marketing Events plans that are align with the company strategy
• Manage and execute all marketing communication with accuracy and in a timely manner
• Management of company website and app
• Managing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, agencies, and corporate partners
• Monitor and report effectiveness and efficiency of all marketing campaigns.
• Provide general administrative support & other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Digital Marketing:
• Conceptualise and execute digital, online and social media strategies such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Public Relations:
• Handle public relations related enquiries and events.
• Pro-actively identify public relations angles to draft press releases and printed collaterals.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing or its equivalent
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, experience in F&B or Lifestyle industry will be a plus
• Knowledge of traditional marketing and digital media trends, in tuned to social media with experience in online marketing
• Independent, outgoing personality and excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience in conceptualizing, proposing, planning, and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
• Passion for F&B industry
• Quick learner with a positive attitude

• B2C Sales of Water Filtration and Purification systems used in Homes and Offices
• Gross above $4,000-$5,000 per month$2,500 Basic + Attractive Commissions
• Comms Scheme start at 10% (up to 15%) of sales generated each month
• Average unit price is around $2,000, which translates to about $200 Comms per unit sold
• No hunting required: High volume of Leads provided + Showroom Walk-ins
• Working Days: 5.5 days (no OT Required)
• Mon-Fri: 10am - 7pm + Sat or Sun (half-day): 10am - 2pm
• Working/Showroom Location: along Sims Drive and Aljunied Road (walking distance from Aljunied MRT station)

Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction: Welcoming customers and introducing them to products
2. Daily Lead Management: Receive 20-30 leads daily from external marketing agency
3. Sales Conversion or Appointment Setting: Skillfully engage with leads to either close the sale directly or arrange in-person viewing at the showroom for further consultation
4. Client Assistance at Showroom: Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in clients at the showroom, offering product information, answering queries, and facilitating sales discussions.
5. Sales Documentation and Processing: For successful sales, accurately prepare all necessary sales documents and handle payment transactions effectively

SAQ is charged with the development and education of aquatic players, officials, coaches and volunteers throughout Singapore and with the conduct of competitions and programmes for all levels of participation.

A. PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE

Report to the Assistant Director (Content, Membership and Special Projects) and Executive Director of SAQ.

B. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Marketing Outreach Responsibilities

· Provide secretariat support for Annual General Meetings and Executive Committee Meetings including minutes taking.

· Support the Legacy Council as secretariat in areas of data collation, alumni and community building and hall of fame.

· Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure that events and activities are disseminated to affiliates, and stakeholders.

· Keep abreast of all activities in the SAQ Calendar and contribute to the updating of the SAQ’s calendar and website.

· Be involved in development of marketing collaterals including managing of the website, videos, creatives, narratives that will aid in increasing members for the Association

2. IT Responsibilities

· To work with selected membership platform provider to successfully implement a membership platform for all participants in SAQ’s aquatic sports.

· Work with membership platform provider to implement a sustainable strategy and process for long term maintenance and upgrade.

· Developing and implementing training for all membership platform users to enable efficient use of the platform.

· To be proficient in the functions/operations/maintenance/capability of the selected platform

· Point of contact for SAQs needs for IT support.

· Be involved in development of marketing collaterals including managing of the website, videos, creatives, narratives that will aid in increasing members for the Association.

• Provide aftersales services to customers post-onboarding.

Admin

• Ensure documentation and information of customers and fleet vehicles are collected and updated promptly.
• Report weekly sales forecasts, usage rates, collection, and claim rates.
• Work closely with vendors to ensure vehicles are prepared for customer delivery.
• Collaborate with operations and fellow sales team members to ensure service excellence through all channels and customer touchpoints

Requirements:

• Tertiary education with at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or fleet management.
• Experience in retail or counter sales is an added advantage.
• Dynamic, resourceful, self-initiated, with a track record of getting things done.
• Strong work ethic and sense of accountability in a start-up environment.
• Valid Class 2B license is a must (to be able to do test drive)
• Able to work on weekends / PH on a rotational basis.
