Job Description:
- Researching prospects, cold calling, and generating new leads.
- Introducing our products or services, qualifying leads, and nurturing leads using email marketing or direct mail
- Manage Sales Activities including address customers' enquiries, invoices & delivery orders, sales order processing, initialling of quotations and collection of payments.
- Site visit / meeting to discuss on delivery requirement. Updating data, filing and others sales support.
- Build up networking with construction companies, contractors, specifiers, board of project management
- Setting up and delivering a sales presentation or attending site briefing and doing site measurement.
- Sending proposals, generating quotes, and negotiating terms
- Follow up with sales orders and coordinate with the project team to ensure jobs are completed on schedule
- Attend monthly sales meetings and submit monthly sales report
- Handle customer inquiries and provide quotations timely
- Handle phone calls and emails from potential clients
- Attend to walk-in customers
- Follow up for outstanding quotations that are not converted to sales order
- Resolves customers issues
- Make appointments and visit potential customers for new business opportunities
- Prepare quotation & site measurement if any
- To support the project team in job coordination work
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Graduate Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration / Management Studies / Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
- Having a minimum of 2 years working experience in sales will be an added advantage.
- Possess basic materials and market trend knowledge
- Knowledge of cemen and concrete technology or building materials
- Knowledge of latest product trends and activities
- Must be computer literate and have basic computer skills for reporting and presentation purposes
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and independent
- Must Possess own Vehicle.
