An experienced Regional Sales Manager with a proven track record in Cyber Security Solution Sales and Account Management with exposure to selling other ERP or AI solutions.

1. Responsible for Cyber Security Products and Solution Sales and Account Management (primary)

Position Overview:

As the Project Manager for Odoo ERP Implementation, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of the Odoo ERP system within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of the project on time, within budget, and according to predefined quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of ERP systems, project management methodologies, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the Odoo ERP implementation project.

· Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

· Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

· Proven experience (3 years) managing ERP implementation projects, preferably Odoo ERP.

· Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.

· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

· Proficiency in project management tools and software.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

The Management Trainee is responsible to support the entire warehouse operations. The role will support inbound flow for Singapore local market and Singapore regional warehouse, and coordinate with various stakeholders such as Retail Team, E-Commerce Team, Merchandising Team, and any external parties such as freight forwarders and suppliers to ensure inbound flow (from order processing to goods receipt) is timely and accurate.

Job Responsibilities

· Support day-to-day inventory and all inventory control process within the warehouse to ensure smooth operations.

· Ensure daily warehouse activities are performed in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.

· Support shipment loading & unloading activities.

· Ensure good quality and condition of all products, in compliance with the standards set by the Company.

· Support order fulfilment, picking, packing & ensuring on time delivery of merchandise.

· Work with retail operation and cross functional teams to resolve daily operational issues.

Job Requirements

· Minimum Degree qualifications in Logistic, Supply Chain or any related field.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP/WMS experience is an added advantage

· Physically fit to handle up to 20kg of load

· Good team player with good time management

· Able to work on weekends
