- Manage social media, email marketing, and digital advertising platforms to build brand visibility.

- Create engaging content for various platforms to showcase event planning expertise and educational offerings.

- Ensure consistency in branding across all communication channels.

- Conduct research to identify emerging trends in special events and educational training.

- Analyze competitors to develop strategies that position the company as a leader in its field.

- Work with vendors, trainers, and academic centers to create co-branded marketing initiatives.

Business Development Aspects

- Identify potential clients in special event management and educational services.

- Develop long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Create business development plans to achieve revenue targets.

- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet objectives.

• Understand and oversees entire product/service life cycle.
• Plan and manage sales promotion activities which include producing marketing and promotional materials, creating content for website and social media, producing internal communication, etc.

Requirements

Sales Coordinator

Role & Responsibility:

• Develop and maintain potential and existing customers, attend to sales enquiries and provide quotations
• Respond to incoming new lead enquiries, generate new leads, qualify and convert prospects into sales according to company’s sales processes
• Assist Finance Department in collection of payments
• Assist in warranty claims
