A Sales Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting the success of an organization. The sales supervisor must work closely with the store manager, general manager, and production manager to communicate changing customer needs. Sales Supervisor Job Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of the sales team including marketing activities like product activations.
• Assist the line manager to recruit, training, enumerating, and retaining a competent sales team.
