Sales Coordinator

• Location: Kaki Bukit (Office) 5-Days work week

Job Scope:

• Direct reporting to Sales Manager for daily paper works, co-ordination, and other assigned jobs.
• Answering phone calls, do filing, check and print e-mails.
• Printing of tender specifications and drawings, pick up the quantities from drawings.
• Assisting in compilation of catalogues and presentation slides.
• Extend quotation for existing tenders to clients.
• Co-ordination work with suppliers and clients for samples and catalogue submission.
• Co-ordination with project team on confirm projects for execution.

Job Description
This role focuses on ideating and executing integrated marketing projects to drive brand awareness and acquisition. He/ she will be part of the SEA marketing team based in Singapore and report directly to SEA Marketing Lead. Being a global team, he/she will have opportunities to collaborate with the marketing agencies and internal marketing team (Sydney, Singapore, Shen Zhen and London), as well as local Singapore team (commercial, sales, partnerships, merchant service team, account managers).

• Marketing strategy & budgeting - Collaborate and support SEA marketing lead with budget allocation to drive acquisitions and lower cost per acquisition
• Social/ Influencers (40%) – Identify and manage agencies to drive KOL-led campaigns; Ideate and execute new ambassador programs and campaigns to build KOL relationships (eg. client-based KOLs or external KOLs)
• Partnership marketing & events (40%) – Support sales and partnership team to build ecosystem partners, develop and run lead generation campaigns and events
• Content (10%) - Support SEA marketing lead and global content lead to contribute and build regional content strategy to drive 8 monthly regional content (eg. Customer case studies, client testimonies, blog content, co-partnership content, social media content across owned, earned and paid channels)
• CRM (10%) – Send out daily market updates emailers; support SEA marketing team in reviewing email journeys to optimize conversions down the funnel

Requirements

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in marketing and partnerships role, preferably in the fintech or Internet industry.
• Experience in marketing to SEA markets – including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and/ or the Philippines
• Strong numerical & analytical skills to turn data into business insights and plans
• Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
• Highly collaborative & team orientated
• Proactive, results-oriented, with project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Thinking ‘Customer first’, and empathetic towards the customers’ pain points and challenges

Job Role

The purpose of the role is to

Maximize new business / acquisition / referral opportunities and deepening existing customer relationships to the specified service standards for the Personal Clients segment.

Implementation and oversight of the below individual responsibilities

· To conduct a professional, consultative financial analysis and profiling session with customers to meet their financial needs/objectives.

· To foster and deepen customer relationships by providing regular market information updates and trend analysis on local and international financial products.

· In consultation with the branch manager / PTL, draw up monthly plans for achieving / exceeding sales targets to meet new business and customer acquisition goals.

Purpose of role:

The individual is preferably to have experience in Corporate Secretarial & HR services industry and perform similar role in a Corporate Service Provider’s company. Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Management and other relevant degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in MS Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good command of English
• The candidate should be outgoing and enjoy engaging with people
