• Administrative Support: Greet visitors, customers, and suppliers; assist the office manager with general admin tasks.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and support sales events.
• Order Processing: Process sales orders, coordinate deliveries, and manage transaction documentation.
• Sales Support: Prepare quotes, proposals, and assist during promotions; gather market insights and feedback.
• Database Management: Update customer records, track inventory, and manage stock levels.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and multitasking abilities.
