Role Description

This hybrid full-time role is located in Singapore, with flexibility for remote work as needed. Learning Scope:

• Complete experience of sales & operations process (initial touch-base with clients, order preparation, invoicing, after-sales service)
• Enjoy first-hand & real-world experience with actual customer communication, unique problem solving & critical thinking
• Exposure to real-life and practical marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Carousell Ads, SEO (Ahrefs, SEMRush)
• Learn & experience how to use customised back-end software which have been specially designed & tailored to fulfill the company's business needs & improve efficiency
• Be involved in company's business development through assigned projects with fellow interns
• Be exposed to application & conceptualisation of business strategies from the perspective of market leaders in the tuition industry
• Job scope will be a 70-30% split between Operations & Marketing tasks

Responsibilities:

• Be actively involved with Business & Marketing Operations of an Educational Agency on a day-to-day basis
• Communicate well with new clients (warm leads), engaging them & helping them to understand better their tuition needs
• Prepare client's requirements & present them in an attractive yet concise job-post format for tutors to apply in
• Be in charge of filtering & broadcasting available tuition assignments via the company's various outreach channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Email & many more)
• Assist in actively profiling tutors and marketing them in a way which captures the consumer's attention based on their required needs
• Assist in sales-closing & after-sales process. Work cohesively with other team members to solve unique day-to-day problems
• Assist in Digital Marketing Tasks such as creating engaging Facebook & Instagram Posts
• Actively involved in active link-building and outreach campaigns to improve company's internet presence
• Assist with content creation on company's website through web building tools such as WordPress

Roles and Responsibilities

• Execute sales efforts and secure sales in electric chain hoists, industrial radio remote controllers, load cells and load limiters, and other items as assigned.
• Daily monitoring and follow-up with the office (Service Section) on matters relating to service maintenance agreements, repair chargeable accounts, as well as interaction and conversation with technicians on their daily service activities, customer survey, and receipt of comments and complaints from customers, if applicable.
• Handle all ad hoc customer quotes for one-time servicing, visual inspection, or load testing.
• Ensure that all quotations for visual inspection/load testing expiry information are obtained from customers and entered into the Service system for follow-up the following year.
• Attending regular meetings and producing weekly and monthly customer visits/feedback reports are required.
• Maintain good customer relationship management.

Requirements

• The candidate must have a NiTEC (electrical/mechanical preferable).
• A minimum of two year' experience in outdoor sales or spare parts sales in any industtry.
• Willing to work 5.5 Days in Tuas
• Self-motivated sales and results-oriented mindset.
• Have a class 3 licence and your own vehicle.
• Candidates with a strong electrical/mechanical background but no sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Retail Sales Promoter (Branded Kitchen Home Appliances)

• Carry out sales activities in reaching company targets.
• Proactive selling in providing product infomation to potential customers and close the deal.
• Achieve business targets
• Implement POS activities when required.

Requirements:

- 6days work week (1pm to 9pm)

Basic starting from $1500 to $1700/month + Allowance + Commission + Target Incentive, Gross up to $5k per month!!!
