Sales & Operations Coordinator - Proficient in Excel
Responsibilities:
• Analyzing and assessing the allocation of the chips between manufacturing sites and customers.
• Analyzing and identifying risk and opportunity for invoicing and inventory levels.
• Consult and audit the forecast with Account Managers and Customer Service, to keep it accurate and realistic in order to reduce short term over estimation.
• Keep track on the current productions, upsides and downside orders in order to adjust the forecast tools and assure materials and capacity availability.
• In contact with technical consultant, product managers and sourcing teams to be updated on the chips migration and end of life to assure their availability or depletion.
• Presenting all possible scenarios to Business Unit Directors, explaining precisely the differences versus previous forecast and judging the numbers providing your best estimation and recommendation.
• Collaborate in the improvement & development S&OP process and tools.
Requirements:
• To succeed at this job, you must have very strong data analysis skills, business understanding, and high capacity to manage priority and make accurate analysis.
• It would be preferred if you have experience in demand management or planning.
• You must be fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
