The Growth Manager will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will utilize data-driven strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and implement innovative campaigns across multiple channels to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve growth objectives and increase market share.
ā¢ Leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing performance.
ā¢ Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and offline channels.
ā¢ Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
ā¢ Optimize conversion funnels and customer acquisition channels to drive sustainable growth.
ā¢ Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
ā¢ Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform growth strategies.
ā¢ Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
ā¢ Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to enhance growth initiatives.
ā¢ Partner with Data teams to utilize customer insights for outreach marketing and B2B partnerships.
ā¢ Continuously experiment with and iterate on marketing strategies to drive innovation and achieve measurable results.
Requirements:
ā¢ Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
ā¢ 2-3 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or business development, preferably in the PropTech, e-commerce, or technology industry.
ā¢ Proven track record of developing and executing data-driven growth strategies that deliver measurable business results.
ā¢ Hands-on experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and marketing automation tools.
ā¢ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign metrics, optimize performance, and drive ROI.
ā¢ Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Data teams, to align goals and initiatives.
ā¢ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
ā¢ Innovative mindset with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.
ā¢ Familiarity with customer acquisition funnels, B2B partnerships, and outreach marketing.
Preferred Skills:
ā¢ Experience in the PropTech or real estate industry is a plus.
