Job Scope
1.Execute large groups sales initiatives and promotions. Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close deals
2. Identify and solicit new or repeated local large groups and meeting business targets to achieve personal and company revenue goal and generate revenue growth
3. Build rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to generate leads and drive sales
4. Learn how to conduct outbound calls/email/government system to potential leads to promote our services
5. Support the post event follow up: follow up communications, consolidation of event data and review, update appropriate data bases (e.g. upload quotations & customer data base timely)
6. Liaison with finance department: issuance of invoicing, confirmation on deposit, confirmation on raised Purchase Order (PO)
7. Build awareness for brands on our capability in organizing of Corporate & Events (C&E)
Required Skills/Abilities:
· At least a Diploma in Marketing
· Good team player
· Good communication skills
· Organized and attention to details
· Hardworking & Tech-savvy
· Ability to work independently and quick to adapt in fast paced environment
· Adequate verbal & written command of English language
· Local store visit required
