Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales: Identify and execute sales programme.
• Digital Marketing: Manage and update the centre's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), ensuring content is engaging and consistent with brand messaging.
• Content Creation: Develop and curate content for online channels, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media posts, website maintenance, to inform and educate potential patients about our services.
• SEO & SEM: Assist in managing search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies and digital ads (Meta Ads) to improve centre visibility and patient engagement.
• KOL/KOC Management: Identify, build relationships with, and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) / Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) and influencers in the healthcare and fertility sectors to amplify brand awareness and credibility.
• Event Support: Assist with planning and executing marketing events, workshops, or webinars to raise awareness about fertility services and IVF procedures.
• Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and patient needs to help develop effective marketing strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the centre’s medical team to ensure marketing content aligns with the centre’s services and values and within MOH marketing guidelines.
• Reporting: Track the performance of marketing campaigns, analyse results, and report on key metrics (e.g., website traffic, engagement, lead generation, conversion).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing or communications, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media management and content creation.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
