Jobs Responsibilities:

• Drive community volunteer management and support grassroots organizations' growth at the constituency level.
• Identify and engage volunteers through meaningful causes and opportunities across various platforms.
• Cultivate volunteer networks and nurture advocates to fulfill community and governmental objectives.
• Match volunteers with opportunities and share best practices with stakeholders.
• Promote volunteer programs to enhance public awareness and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Collaborate with partners to cross-promote content and maintain an archive of volunteer stories.
• Coordinate training programs for staff, grassroots leaders, and volunteers with internal and external partners.
• Manage resources, grants, and ensure compliance with SOPs for accountability and tracking.

Requirements:

• Singaporean Only
• Minimum Degree in Marketing, PR, Events or relevant field
