Our client is a leading provider of diagnostic solutions and healthcare services in Asia Pacific (APAC) region. They are looking for a leadership quality Regional Business/Sales Controller to join their Singapore office to provide leadership to the sales admin team and manage the region's sales forecasting and reporting processes.
The Role
Reporting to CFO, the role involves preparing and reviewing sales and cost forecasts, managing inter-company pricing, ensuring compliance with distributorship agreements, and overseeing the data maintenance process within the SAP ERP (S/4 HANA) system.
Key responsibilities include leading the Sales Admin team, supporting the CFO in regional sales performance review, prepare monthly reports of sales and product costs forecasts and actual results for submission to global HQ, ensuring and monitoring that all distributorship agreements and minimum purchase agreements are properly renewed and update annually or whenever required.
This role has to support the CFO in transfer pricing to affiliates, floor price settings for use in sales quotations and other sales admin activities including ensuring all Security Trade Control (STC) documentation is all properly renewed and filed. Monitoring all product master changes are properly updated in SAP ERP system on a timely manner.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate should possess a university degree in Accountancy, Management Accountancy, or Business Administration, with at least 6-8 years of experience as a Senior Sales Analyst or Business Controller, preferably in a company with rental and consumable sales income. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerQuery, PowerBI, PowerPivots) and SAP S/4 are required. The candidate should have strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, be open-minded, independent, and able to drive change. Experience in MNC environment from healthcare products industry, and system implementation projects are highly advantageous. The role may require travel up to four times a year within APAC countries.
